Your responsibilities:

• Evaluate and follow up on selected transactions in line with Volkswind`s strategy
• Close collaboration with other departments such as Expansion Management, Finance for quantitative project analysis, and a lot more
• Preparation of investment materials (NBOs and BOs) as well as Management Information documents and materials as deemed necessary
• Project management, including planning, organization, and coordination of buy-side and deal execution activities in close cooperation with interdisciplinary functional specialists
• Interaction with various transaction stakeholders and their respective advisors or other related counterparties

Your profile:

• You have a degree in a quantitative discipline such as industrial engineering, finance, economics, or comparable commercial education
• Extra qualifications such as a Master’s Degree or CFA are highly valued
• You bring at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably within a transactions-focused working environment
• You have already worked in the renewable energy industry, ideally in the wind space
• You enjoy working in a diverse and international team with a high level of personal responsibility
• You have business fluency in German and English; other language skills are highly appreciated
